and appreciated, especially when it's hard to come by these
days.

received an estimate within two days of our initial phone
conversation. I truly appreciated your extra effort in making
certain the installation is safe and functional, as well as
attractive. I also appreciated your taking the time to explain
things to me, and not growing impatient with my questions and
curiosity. You were always courteous, and you kept me informed
of progress, changes, and additional costs.
